Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your wedding website. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.

Before we start

If you cancel before we start building your website, we refund the full amount.

After we start

Once we have started building your website, we can refund 50% of the amount if you cancel before it goes live.

After your website is live

Once your website is live we cannot refund it, but your edits stay unlimited: tell us what to change and we will make it right.

Your domain

Once your domain has been registered, its cost cannot be recovered, so it is deducted from any refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval.

How to cancel
